I found a used one for , compared to 0 new, and installed it.
All the roads seem to be pointing back at a major power loss in the main battery junction box, or the GEM. We can rule out the GEM if the problem persists after that, so I'm leaning towards either one of the MAXI fuses being blown, or the battery saver relay stuck open.

My vehicle will start and run for about 30 minutes then shut off and the ABS lights come on.There may be a sticker on the SJB (smart junction box), this is the module that controls remote/lock functions, it is located in the left front kick panel. It is #16 in the attached picture. If there is not sticker on it, the only other way to get the 5 digit code is with Fords IDS software. According to the 2010 shop manual, the TPMS receiver is integral to the SJB (Smart Junction Box), which is in the center console. Section 204-04 has procedures and DTC codes for different faults and troubleshooting procedures.
