For year 2000 the ignition Switch receives power from Fuse 5 (50 amps) located in the Battery Junction Box. Ford service manuals calls the interior fuse box a CJB. The underhood fuse box is called the BJB, battery junction box.It is located on the drivers side under the dash. No it isn't. That is the fuse block and does not contain the battery saver relay. The central junction box is somewhere in back of the rear seats. So I've been searching everywhere and have found a few but not exactly the same boxes. The junction box would be fine.as I've used both (the junction box and battery terminal) without any problems. I'd install a pretty good fuse block within 18" of the junction box (I always used streetwires, but any type would work.)
